The Hay Valley Lamb brand is not restricted to any particular breed or production method so we can scour the countryside to find the best lamb at any given point in the seasonal cycle.
The brand was named in honour of the Hay Valley, which is a small area in the Adelaide Hills where company founder Richard and Liz Gunner lived when Feast! Fine Foods was established.
