Sher Wagyu has been awarded Gold Medals in the Australian Produce awards in 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2015 and a finalist in 2012, 2013 & 2014.

Sher Wagyu beef is the ultimate eating experience. You can now enjoy the culmination of over 21 years development of breeding and feeding Wagyu cattle in Australia.

The finest Wagyu bloodlines are combined with a carefully managed “conception to consumer” beef operation, Beefcorp Australia, to produce Fullblood Wagyu and Japanese style Wagyu x Holstein F1. Beefcorp is owned by the Sher family and is based at Ballan, Victoria, Australia.
The Beefcorp production system delivers a consistent supply of highly marbled delicious Sher Wagyu beef. Wagyu Cuts are vacuum packed and supplied in cartons.

Sher Wagyu beef is assessed for marbling and meat quality by independent graders accredited by Ausmeat. Marbling is graded on a scale of 0 - 9 with 9 being the highest in the Ausmeat grading system. Grade 9+ includes meat that would grade up to 11-12 in Japan.
Sher Wagyu is packaged into four labels.

Sher Wagyu Blue Label is Fullblood Wagyu grades 9-9+.

Sher Wagyu Black, Silver & Red Labels are primarily from Wagyu x Holstein F1 but also include higher percentage wagyu.
