Andinda Rose Veal
Produced by the Vickers family on the Limestone Coast, South Australia, Andinda calves are raised in a stress-free environment with their comfort and wellbeing always the top priority. Andinda Rose Veal is produced from 5 to 6 month old animals. They are housed in an open-sided shed out of the direct sunlight and are bedded on shredded eucalyptus mulch for comfort.
Ensuring the calves are healthy and free of stress produces the highest quality product with a consistently delicious flavour and texture. Their diet, which is predominantly milk with occasional grain and ad-lib hay, along with their gentle handling, ensures the veal is pale pink and tender.
