Coorong Angus Beef is where it all started. This was our first branded product and where we learnt so much about how and why we do what we do. Back then, our family had grown premium Angus cattle by the Coorong for many years.
We now service over 100 restaurants during any given month with Coorong Angus beef products as well as offering it through our own Feast! Fine Foods outlets.
In 2011, Coorong Angus Beef was recognised with a Gold medal in the Grass Fed (Striploin) category at the Sydney Royal Fine Food show, which then went on to also win Gold in the ‘Champion’ grass fed beef exhibit.
2006 saw the development of something brand new in the Coorong Angus Beef range. We launched our dry-aged line which was the culmination of all our learning over the past 5 years.
This product went on to win the only Gold medal in the Sydney Fine Food Branded Beef competition in 2006 and has added more gold medals since in 2009 and 2013.
Coorong Angus Beef is grass fed and grain assisted and is Meat Standards Australia (MSA) graded to guarantee tenderness and is produced without the use of added hormones.
