Pork is the world's most consumed meat but ranks well down the list for consumption in Australia. Why? our domestic industry has bred the fat , flavour and juiciness out. This coupled with a growth path that is very fast not allowing for flavour development has lead to a product that is not that appealing.

At Feast! we remember what pork can be like and used to be like. As such we have forged links with leading Pork producers in SA. The first is Colin Lienert who is famous across Australia for his Berkshire Pigs. Colin and 3 other families supply us with Free Range Berkshire pigs. We also stock Murray Valley Pork which is sourced from specially selected female pigs and is moisture infused to ensure it gives a tender and juicy result every time.. This gives the two Pork Brands available at Feast! Fine Foods.
