Spear Creek Dorper Lamb are grown on the edge of the Flinders Ranges in South Australia. What makes them unique is that they are ‘Naturally Seasoned’ as they live in the unique environment where saltbush and native grasses are featured throughout. This gives the lamb a unique flavour which is hard to find anywhere else.
Spear Creek Doper Lamb’s don't need to be shorn, crutched or mulesed which provides the benefit of the lamb being in a lower stress environment which helps to ensure a tender and tasty product. These lamb are also free range which allows them to graze in a wider area and additionally, no feedlot finishing is needed.
