Our Ham Brands
Heritage Breed hams are made from rare breeds of pork such as the Berkshire, Large Black and Wessex Saddleback. All of which are farmed free range and traditional curing and smoking methods are used to deliver the ultimate ham experience. Varieties of ham available at Christmas include:

- Champagne Hams (Which retain the hock bone for presentation)
- Gammon Ham
Red Hog hams are of exceptional quality and cannot be beaten on flavour and value for money. They are made the old fashioned way to ensure an unsurpassed flavour. Varieties of ham available at Christmas include:

Our Turkey Brands
Our Turkey range at Christmas offers a product to suit your Christmas function.
Our product range from Almond Grove includes Free Range Turkeys and Whole Turkey Rolls.
Barossa Farm Produce from Saskia Beer provide us with sumptuous Free Range Turkeys.
We also have available Free Range Boneless Turkey Rolls and Smoked Turkey Rolls, both local products from South Australia. Pooginagoric Free Range Turkeys, located in the Pooginagoric region in South Australia is one of our main suppliers for these products.
