The Farmer and the Chef

Our classes entitled 'The Farmer and The Chef' will take participants on a food journey with The Farmer - Richard Gunner and The Chef - Lachlan Colwill from Hentley Farm.

Each class has a different food theme and during the class, attendees will learn how to cook various meat cuts with Lachlan as well as learning from Richard about the products and their history.

At the end of the cooking section of the class, attendess will get to enjoy a sit down meal at the end of the class to eat the various cooked products which will be served with Hentley Farm’s luxury wines from their single-estate in the Barossa Valley.
