Pork Butchery Class
Take your fascination with meat to the next level, this butchery class involves watching and learning as a skilled butcher breaks down a whole pig carcass. You will then create specialised cuts from one part of the carcase (e.g. the barrel) under the guidance of our qualified Feast! butchers.
You will learn about the anatomy of the pig carcass and will obtain a significant understanding of where each of the cuts of pork come from. After our butchers have taught you safe cutting/boning techniques, you will then proceed to break down the smaller cuts into specialised products such as a pork rack. The best bit of all is that all the pork cuts that you prepare, you get to take home with you.
