Beef Butchery Class
In our Beef Butchery class, we will give an introduction to Beef production in Australia & an overview of the common & not so common Beef steaks suitable for the grill.
Attendees will also learn about cooking the perfect steak & some practical home butchery utilising a Whole Beef Rump & the Oyster Blade.
There will be time to question our staff on beef facts & you will finish the class with a selection of grilled beef steaks familiar & those not so, with a glass of red to decide with your fellow students what really is the best grilling steak!
Each ticket includes approximately $150 worth of Beef to take home!
