Feast! Fine Foods offers a range of Butchery and Cooking themed classes brought to you from The Central Market Kitchen in Adelaide's iconic Central Market!

Have you ever wanted to take your interest in creating great food to the next level by learning how to create it from scratch, including making your own sausages or even preparing your own pork and lamb cuts from the whole carcass? Or a cooking class with experts in the field to teach you the tricks for restaurant quality meals at home?

If so, then the classes that we have on offer could be perfect for you or a gift for someone special. Each class includes a large practical component which ensures participants will learn the skills required to undertake the same skills at home. Our classes also include various products to take home with you!

    • Create your own Sausage! Using your own extra ingredients from our ingredient 'pantry', each group will get to invent their own personalised flavour sensation from scratch.

    • Watch the breakdown of a whole pig carcass with information on selecting the best cuts for Sausage Making
    • Instruction in creating a traditional sausage (Mincing, Sausage Filling and Tying)
    • Instruction in creating a gourmet sausage (Mincing, Sausage Filling and Tying)
    • Involvement in creating "The Adelaide Review Sausage" with other participants. This will be a brand new flavoured Sausage developed during the class by participants selecting various ingredients from our 'Pantry' to create this new flavour which may appear for sale in our stores in later months!
    • Handouts folder with information on content covered during the class
    • Each participant will receive approximately 2kg of sausages to take home - Over $30 Value!
      • Approximately 1kg of "The Adelaide Review Sausage" which will be created during the nigh with class participation.

    One ticket to our Pork Butchery class on 24/7/2013.

    Approximate Duration: 3.5 Hours

    Time: 5.30PM - 9PM

    Each ticket includes:

    • Entry to the Poultry & Game Butchery class
    • Instruction on general knife safety and the products that will be used
    • Watch the process as one of our Feast! butchers bones out a Chicken, Quail and portions a Rabbit.
    • Each participant will then get to bone out their own Chicken, Quail and portion a Rabbit.
    • Each participant gets to take home all products that they have prepared! (worth approximately $55)
    • A cooked product tasting at the end of the class
    • A $25 Feast! store voucher


    Each class is strictly limited to a maximum of 10 participants. Bookings will be secured on a first come, first serve basis once full payment has been received. Bookings can be made online or at one of our Feast! stores.

  6. Mastering the Grill

    Mastering the Grill with Richard Gunner - 25/9/2013 @ 6PM

    Founder of premium beef brand Coorong Angus Beef and Feast! Fine Foods, Richard Gunner will take you on a journey to perfecting your grilling techniques.

    Watch and learn to cook Beef Oyster Blade and Rump Steak to perfection before participants will get to trim Onglet (Hanger Steak) and then cook it with their newly developed skills!

    Participants will then sit down to enjoy a feast of different steaks and salads which will be enjoyed with wines from Bremerton.
